QGC is run by a project manager with twenty years of practical delivery experience across oil and gas, infrastructure, luxury real estate and mixed-use developments: time spent on sites and in control rooms, not only in the reporting line. That experience is why the analytics work is grounded. The dashboards measure the things that actually move a project, because the same person has had to move them.
