Services
Project management
End-to-end control of a single project: scope definition, baseline schedule and budget, procurement and contractor coordination, change control, risk management and progress reporting through to close-out and handover.
Programme management
Governance across a portfolio of related projects: shared resources, interface management between packages, consolidated schedule and cost position, and a single reporting line to the sponsor.
Schedule and budget development
Building the baseline: WBS, activity logic and durations in Primavera P6 or MS Project, resource and cost loading, critical path validation, and a budget structured so that variance can actually be traced back to a cause.
Cost control
Commitment and expenditure tracking against the control budget, forecast at completion, variation and claim assessment, cash flow curves, and monthly cost reports reconciled to the schedule rather than produced beside it.
Project data analytics
Turning schedule, cost and field data into measured performance: earned value, productivity rates, trend analysis and forecast models built on the project's own records.
Power BI services
Reporting infrastructure: data models built over P6, MS Project, ERP and cost systems, refreshed automatically and published as dashboards the project team and the board both read from.
What the analytics work produces
Built on the project's own data, refreshed on a set cycle, and reconciled so the site team and the board are reading the same position.
- Schedule performance and EVM dashboards
- Contractor productivity reporting
- Risk registers with trend data
- Executive one-page reporting
- Data cleanup from existing systems (P6, MS Project)
How engagements work
Five arrangements, chosen to fit the stage the work is at. A short diagnostic is the usual starting point where a project is already running and the position is unclear.
- Day rate
Defined pieces of work, peak periods, or cover during a gap in the client team.
- Retained monthly
Ongoing project or programme control with a fixed monthly commitment and standing reporting cycle.
- Fixed-price per project
A bounded deliverable, such as a baseline schedule, a cost model or a Power BI reporting build.
- Interim / contract placement
Sitting inside the client organisation as project or programme manager for the duration.
- Short diagnostic or audit
An independent read on schedule, cost and risk position, with findings and a recovery route.
